When you join our waitlist or sign up for a Pro account, we collect your email address and your stated intent (whether you want to learn, teach, or both). We do not collect your name, phone number, location, or any other personal information unless you provide it voluntarily by contacting us directly.

We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics. We do not run ads. We do not track your behavior on this website.

Your email is used only to: • Send you updates about AfterSchool Pros, including early access invitations and platform announcements. • Confirm your spot as a founding member. • Process your Pro subscription if you choose to upgrade (via Stripe).

We will never sell, rent, or share your email address with any third party for marketing purposes.

We use a small number of trusted services to operate the platform:

• Resend — delivers transactional emails on our behalf. • Supabase — stores waitlist and account data securely. • Stripe — processes subscription payments. Stripe handles all card data; we never see or store your payment information. • Groq / Vercel — powers Flourish Guru AI responses and hosts the platform.

Each of these services has its own privacy policy and is contractually bound to handle your data securely.

We retain your email address for as long as you are a member of the AfterSchool Pros community. You may request deletion at any time and we will remove your data within 7 days.

You have the right to: • Access the personal data we hold about you. • Request correction of inaccurate data. • Request deletion of your data. • Opt out of communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.

AfterSchool Pros is a platform for learners of all ages, but we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If you believe a child has submitted their information to us, please contact us immediately.

We may update this policy as the platform evolves. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email if you are on our list. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
